Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 per student for the dance school year (August thru July) is required. This fee must be included with a completed Registration Form for each student in order to be registered at San Antonio Dance Academy. If a student misses four consecutive classes without a doctor’s excuse, he/she will be dropped from the class. If that student wishes to enroll again, another registration fee must be paid. The instructor will determine whether they may re-enter the class or one at a lower level. Classes have limited enrollment and are filled on a first come first serve basis. No refund of tuition or registration fees will be given.

Single class rate $20
Family rates (for immediate family members only) follow the tuition rate schedule. A currently enrolled student may make up missed classes. However, if payments for continued instruction are not received by the due date, missed classes are forfeited. No CARRYOVERS into the following session.
Tuition Rates
The monthly tuition rate is determined by the total number of hours a student is in class per week. A Family rate is the total number of hours all family members are in class per week. Family rates only apply to immediate family members. All classes have limited enrollment and are filled on a first come basis.
Payment Schedule
Tuition is paid on a monthly schedule. You may set your account for automatic payment. You must notify SADA if there is any change to your automatic account before the first of the month when the accounts are billed. Tuition is due on or before the first DAY of each month. Tuition received after the fifth of the month incurs a $15.00 Late Fee charge. Tuition received on or after the last day of the month incurs a $25.00 additional charge. Payments may be made by cash, check, MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover or money order. Any check returned N.S.F. by the bank will incur a $25.00 charge. Only cash or money order will then be accepted in payment.
Missed Classes
A currently enrolled student may make up classes missed. However, if payments for continued instruction are not received by the due date, missed classes are forfeited. No carry-overs into the following session.
Private Lessons
Lessons with SADA instructors are available. Lessons and/or Choreography Fee is payable prior to the lesson. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson or the student will be charged for the entire fee.
